Sanctuary Hospice

The Sanctuary Hospice care team provides education and support to patients and caregivers who are struggling with the declining health of their loved ones. Our hospice team consists of the following professionals: Medical Director, Clinical Coordinators, Social Workers, Chaplains, RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, Administrative Staff and Numerous Volunteers!

Wherever our care is offered, our aim is to be a Sanctuary for those who need us. Sanctuary Hospice is the area leader in quality care, and we walk by the side of our patients... focusing on days filled with life instead of illness. For more than a decade we have sought to change the perception of hospice care by following our vision to be the hands and feet of Jesus to all those we serve.
