We have come together in response to a call from the Lord to listen to and respond to people in need. We have heard them call for many years and have come together as a Christian non-profit organization to respond to their needs. We have seen the Lord in the Scriptures look upon such people with love, forgiveness, and compassion. He ate with them. He offered a drink and healed their sickness. Finally, he set as our final judgement how we would respond to them: I was hungry, I was thirsty, I was naked...As long as you did it to one of these the least of my brethern you did it to me.
