We are looking for an energetic, positive individuals to volunteer as an after school tutor.
Join us for the 2024 school year as we teach students of all ages to read and comprehend to their potential.
No prior teaching experience is needed. All necessary technical equipment and program materials will be provided. Volunteer credits are available.
Tutor Expectations:
- Have a passion for helping others reach their potential.
- Implement positive reinforcement strategies that maximize learning, in a cheerful and authentic manner.
- Possess basic computer skills and the ability to type notes about the student performance while engaging in sessions.
Tutor Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group instructions.
- Facilitate the use of curriculum provided for Little Legends Academy.
- Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to provide a safe and positive learning environment.
