Event volunteers will work alongside park staff to pick up litter along the National Scenic Trail. This event will be outdoors and thus weather dependent. Be sure to check out the Natchez Trace Parkway Facebook page for updates closer to the event. Tools and safety gear will be provided. However, volunteers should wear sturdy footwear, dress for outdoor weather conditions, and bring water. We will meet at the Parkway Visitor Center, 2680 Natchez Trace Parkway Tupelo, MS, 38804, between 8:30 AM and 9 AM for orientation and check-ins. We will begin shortly after 9AM and plan to finish around 12:30.
