About the Role
As a Readiness Coach, you'll assist with public events that bring personal and emergency readiness skills directly to the community. You’ll support activities like CPR pop-up presentations, outreach tables, and volunteer-led workshops designed to improve confidence, safety, and career opportunities across your county.
This is a supervised, hands-on opportunity to serve without needing prior experience or certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist at community CPR pop-ups, readiness and outreach events
- Help set up, greet participants, and distribute materials
- Present micro-lessons with provided scripts
- Support a certified instructor during larger readiness training sessions
- Encourage engagement and reinforce safety, dignity, and inclusion
