We will be using a completely different set-up than we have used in the past to distribute food to our clients on Saturday, April 18. Volunteers are asked to arrive between 10:00 and 10:30. Distribution begins at 11:00.
Mid-South Food Bank will bring their truck of food and will set up pallets in a line (6 feet apart) in the parking lot at our food pantry. Clients will remain in their cars and stop at each pallet, where the volunteers will place food into the client's car.
Distribution will continue until the food is gone or until there are no more clients, so the ending time is uncertain. The process may take three hours.
