We are looking for individuals or organizations to help us host a community forum on Alzheimer's and dementia.
The purpose of the Community Forum is to learn about real-life experiences of communities with the disease, educate about resources, and learn how to engage more people. It is an important community assessment step to identify needs and service gaps within the community, and classify targets for expanded outreach.
The ideal audience would be caregivers, professionals and those who are interested in helping with the cause.
