Time for Tupelo is our community's largest serve day! It is an opportunity for the citizens to impact our community in a BIG way in the form of litter cleanups and beautification projects. It is a day that brings together people of all ages, races, and backgrounds who are all working to improve everyone’s quality of life.
Come solo, with your significant other, and/or grab some friends to tackle a project together. It is a day you do not want to miss. All ages of volunteers are needed! There is an opportunity for EVERYONE to pitch in and make our community a better place!
Saturday, March 25
Meet at the Fairpark event headquarters at between 9:00-9:30 to check-in. A brief volunteer orientation and pep rally will occur at 9:30. Then head out to your project or litter pickup location. A project leader will be guiding each beautification project. Litter pickups are self-guided, however safety is priority. Please follow the safety guidelines given at the volunteer orientation. Once the work is complete roughly around 11:30, bring back any supplies or trash collected to Fairpark. Then enjoy your Saturday knowing you made a different in our community. Volunteers are encouraged to enjoy lunch at one of our local restaurants.
